Suzanne Stolzberg was first introduced to yoga in the basement of her childhood home, by Sybil Meyer, her mom’s yoga teacher. She also followed her mom to a few yoga classes at Kripalu center for yoga and health, in the Berkshire Mountains (where she grew up), but the stillness was strange, and the silence unnerving. Suzanne preferred to dance, and continued to pursue her dream of becoming a classical ballet dancer. Some 20 years later she wandered into an ashram nestled discreetly into the grid of New York City’s Upper West Side, where she met Tahji, a brilliant yogi and dancer. A connection was made, and Suzanne´s yoga practice began to flow.
